if you believe it is a design defect, then why would you want them to replace it with a new "defective" part? it's like complaining to Saab about them selling you a car that goes fast, and once you get a ticket you complain to them about this "defect" that makes it go fast.
sorry to be a little sarcastic about this, but when you buy an Aero, you're buying the low profile of the car and everything that comes with it. if you can't drive or park a low-profile vehicle with subtle ground effects properly, don't complain about it when you break it.
i just lowered my 9-5 and believe me i was worried about scraping the concrete tire stops. once was enough for me. luckily my landlord was nice enough to buy a lower-profile stop for my car.
sorry i'm being mean, i just don't know how else to react?
