Acceleration issue

Greetings all,
Awile back I posted the below re: Increase in speed when backing off on the pedal slightly. I drive a 2000 Aero and when I first reported this it was completely stock. The problem exactly is, I floor it at highway speed and when I slightly lift off of the accelerator, the car will increase in speed. Almost like it is starving for fuel. I have switched brands of gas, changed the plugs (went to 7 heat range NGK Plats) installed Remus sport exhaust, ran through 2 bottles of Chevron Techron, replaced all vacuum lines, and performed PVC update. I also installed a moderately adjusted Dawes SMBC, and sport filter. The issue is still the same, if not worse with the above sport items. Could this be a fuel issue? I am not getting any CEL's which I would expect if I had a serious lean issue. Any ideas on this beyond the previous suggestions? Anyone else experience this?
Thanks in advance.
Tom
