We have an '02 Aero that has about 20K and it's rattle free.
We also have an '03 Aero with about 9K miles now and it's not as fortunate. Everyday I feel like there is some new noise coming from somewhere. I think there is one around the glove box somewhere, and now it seems like there is another noise coming from the driver's door somewhere. I don't keep anything in my car, so I really have a bad feeling that it's something not fixed together very tightly. We bought both brand new so go figure.
