Key programming - quick question

Sorry, but I didn't get any responses to my earlier post and I'm hoping it was just that people were confused by the subject line and not that no one knows the answer!
I recently had some stuff reprogrammed on my 9-5, thinking it would only be different for my personal key. However, Sunday my wife drove it for the first time since re-programming as we were running errands and all of the new options are also applying with her key. Although I enjoy the convenience of the driver's door unlocking when I take the key out, she has security/safety concerns about this and wants the doors to stay locked until she hits the button on the center console.
Before I call the dealer to ask them to fix it, I was wondering if any of you out there in Saabland can help out--can the options be set differently for different keys? Is this even possible for them to fix?
What else can the keys do--I think they are supposed to automatically position the seats and move the side mirrors, right? Anything else? On BMWs, it sets the climate control levels, as well, for example.
Thanks!
