Question on 60K service...

So, I am coming up on my 60K service on my 2000 9-5 SE V6. I am out of warranty, but as I understand it, the dealer will stlll replace the timing belt at 60k. I plan on having that done, as well as the standard 60K service... I know it a big one...
Question, there is some talk of replacing the lower and upper idler pullys and the tensioner pulley at the same time... Good idea or over-kill? I know this is an interference engine, so loosing the belt, no-matter what the cause, is pretty catastrophic.
What other nonstandard bits of maintenance - preventative or just smart, is good to do at this time? This has been a very reliable car, and I plan on keeping it for a while longer :-).
Anyone have an idea of what sort of bill I will be looking at? I am a pretty good DIY mechanic on my trusty ol' volvo 240, but this Saab is a bit out of my league...
thanks!
