Roger's right on...the Saab solution is a new TWICE unit. Without a key you can't put the car in programming mode. The cut isn't actually important except to turn the cylinder, what the computer cares about is the transponder chip in the head.
If you can find one at a junkyard or recycler, you still need somebody with a TECH2 to lay it in, and you'll need new keys cut to fit your lock cylinders and those, with any remotes, are programmed into the computer.
However, there's no need for 'additional space'...when you program new keys, the procedure is to actually wipe out all four slots and program all keys at once (this is why they say 'bring all your keys and remotes'). It's sort of a security step, since any keys that aren't present will no longer work.
I wish you good luck, this is a bad spot to be in...
