acceleration delay warm weather

Hi, I have searched all the warm weather acceleration delays -- and no one ever says how it was fixed.
Car runs fine cold -- or on a cold day.
After driving awhile -- or when it is warm outside -- and I live in the Southwest -- it is always warm at this time of year -- car has no acceleration.
If you are at a dead stop -- like turning left -- or just trying to go there is a three to five second hesitiation -- not a turbo lag -- but as you push down on the pedal --nothing -- nothing car does not go -- eventually you floor the car because you are about to get hit and 5+seconds later turbo kicks in and car takes off.
I am tired of being flipped off at the light as my car won't go --- Help.
Car throws no codes -- mechanics have tried everything -- I am desperate. Trying to teach a teenager to drive in this car is like teaching them to drive a deathtrap.
Car is a 1999 saab 9-5 -- Saab claims no new software updates, I have almost every new part you can put in this engine -- as almost everything has broken -- but nothing will make this go away -- and it is getting worse.
Thanks.
