I use one on a thule rack on my 2002 9-5. The fork mount rack works just fine. The seperate "forklike" mount for the removed wheel is not so good. It seems too flimsy to hold the wheel vertical without extra support so I haven't used it. I am considering looking at making an angle adapter to allow the wheel to tilt back so that it rests on the roof for support. Still concerned about leaving a mark the roof though. BTW On a Yakima rack you can just rotate the "forklike" mount until the wheel touches the roof since the cross bar is round.
