I'll say that you're probably going to notice significantly less body roll and nose-dive when braking. However, with the OEM shocks, lots of people report that there is a lot of "rebound" (bounciness - if that is a word) when combined with aftermarket springs like the Eibachs. It's not a great experience and can make bumps in the road seem magnified.
Eibach says that their springs do work decently with good OEM shocks. However - and this comes directly from Eibach - "the damper is challenged more and usually makes it wear out faster."
What I'd suggest is that you really evaluate why you want to do this. What benefit do you want? How do you want your car to handle? This is one enhancement to your vehicle which (in my opinion) you shouldn't spare expenses on. Do it right and get some aftermarket dampers which are better matched to the performance characteristics of the Eibach springs.
BTW - I have the Eibach springs mated to Bilstein Sport shocks, as well as the uprated front and rear anti-roll bars which Taliaferro offers. I love it!
