Slight Engine Stumble When Starting Up

I have a '99 9-5 Sport Wagon, 2.3 lpt, automatic, that I bought used with 37K on it a little over a year ago. It now has almost 51K on it. While under warranty, I had the turbo unit replaced, an outer front wheel bearing, an SID display, plus a few other interior trim pieces. Since the last repair, ~8 months have gone by and the car is almost flawless. I do have a slight concern though,... maybe you can help me out.
When I start the car, especially when cold, and after I release the key, the engine seems to "stumble" for a second then runs normally. The driving performance is great! Gas mileage is great! Is this something to do with the DI cassette or is this normal?
