A shop manual for T7 should provide the information you need. An O2 sensor can be added after the cat converter. However, you may need to replace that section of exhaust or fabricate a mount to fasten the sensor into. Also, you could use the wiring diagram in the manual to determine the proper pin location for the second sensor. Wiring should be a snap to anyone with experience. The Second 02 sensor monitors the converters ability to reduce emissions. It's not to provide any extra performance. The ECM that you have now should work fine. If you wanted, you could simply disconnect the check engine lamp for much less money and trouble at the connector on the firewall.
