EBC pads are semi metallic with kevlar in the binding mix. Not ceramic. And no such thing as a purely ceramic pad for the street. So one can add some ceramic fiber to whatever and call it ceramic.
EBC greenstuff pads have a good bite, hot or cold. Not for everyone. If driving is calm, then they can throw an uneven organic transfer to the rotors that 'feel like a warp'*. If your braking is agressive enough to cook/burn the pad surfaces from time to time, this problem is not likely to occur.
* one very short duration very hard braking event can do this if the pad surface is, or has worn down to, a very high organic (kevlar) content.
