Moto v60 hands free installation - cell antenna

I just got my kit in the mail today... if anyone is thinking of ordering, http://www.reliablewirelesscenter.com/wireless/store/accessorydetail.asp?id=24055&phoneid=226 was the best price I found anywhere.
However, now that I have the kit I'm trying to figure out what the polarity on the mic and speaker are. The mic has a black and a white wire, but doesn't state which is positive and which is negative. The speaker has the same...
ALSO, and more importantly, those of you who installed car kits, where did you put the antenna? I'm told that the wire for the onstar kit won't work because it supports analog only? (can anyone confirm this?). If this is the case, I am thinking I would like my antenna mounted on the glass at the top of the rear window. I think I want this part professionally installed though, since I don't feel like tearing up my headliner and such.
Can anyone offer advice on mic/speaker and mounting the antenna?
thanks
Liam :-)
