I've had some chronic drain plugging on my99 9-5SE. It's parked downhill, and under trees.
The cabin filter just clogs with tree debris, and when you change it, some of that stuff seems to fall thru. I vacumn it out, but who can tell what gets missed.
My drains also seem to clog pretty regularly. At first, I just sticked a screwdriver up the drain from under the car. Last time, I had to pull the carpet back, separate the drain line at the connector, and blow air thru the hose to get the clog out.
I think the mildew smell is a result of the drains backing up. Wet floors are next. Get those drains to drain it all, keep a clean cabin filter in it, and you have a chance to get rid of the smell.
