My take on it is that retorquing the cylinder head bolts is more critical than PCV update,TSB 210-2401
So far, all cars from late 90s to 2001 (don't know yet about 2002 and up) I have checked have had loose cylinder head bolts.
So a combination of cylinder head bolt check/retorque and PCV update is recommended.
The PCV kit can so far only be bought through the dealer. P/N 5962428 $33.00
But you need to be handy with tools and drill and get access to the underside of car to perform the PCV update.
