I would absolutly suggest that both cassettes be replaced.
Years back I wouldn't have had a problem replacing one only on a low mileage car but now when the start to fail more often I would replace both at 105K miles.
The reason for that is that when (not if) the second one fails you are still gonna be stranded somewhere and you risk killing the catalytic converter with the bad running cylinder bank.
Yes they are expensive, suggested retail price is $413.00 so if they install them for $350.00 a pop, that's a pretty good price.
Make sure they do the software update too for the fuel injection computer.
