Prem pkg std on SE's...... Posted by Mike Lynch [Email] ![]() ![]() In Reply to: 2001 9-5...Differences between the SE and the non-SE?, SilverAero, Thu, 29 Jul 2004 16:18:33 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Memory seat, Harmon Kardon Sound, auto dimming inside mirror, or the premium package, was standard on the V6 and optional on the 2.3lpt fours. Heated and/or vented seats were stand alone options, I believe.
94-97 V6s were Opel sourced. 99 and up 9-5 V6s were sourced with a whole bunch of improvements, including the asymetrical turbo, from Vauxhall in England I believe. 9-5 V6's have been bulletproof. I understand 9-5 V6's have a lower warranty incidence rate than the 2.3 fours.
I prefer the fours, but the V6's are great too. It's all good in a 9-5 SportWagon.
