Wow,
I thought that I was getting weak whenever I tried to get the wheels off of my wife's 2001 2-3. In spite of there being a goodly amount of grease between the hub and the wheel - and I rotated the tires every 7K miles, I would always have to beat the living he__ out of the tire/wheel to break them free. I guess that the clearance between the hub and the wheel is just a little to tight. The thought of loosening the lug nuts and doing a few figure "8"'s isn't too inviting but certainly better that hurting my wrists beating on the tires.
