Lease return advice

I'm getting ready to return my '01 9-5 and wondering what others have experienced. It's (barely) under the allotted mileage and in good condition, but I'm a bit worried about a couple things in the wear and tear info that Saab Financial sent out.
After a year or so I replaced the shocks and struts with Bilstein units--to try to reduce the body lean in the car. The car is now a bit firmer, but nothing extreme--is this likely to be seen as a modification that will affect excess wear and tear? (Personally, I think it's a great added value, but that's me).
I also added a Saab bug deflector and headlight covers--will these be seen as somehow adding value, or should I content myself with realizing they reduced damage that would otherwise be excess wear and tear? Can "pluses" like these (as well as the Saab rear cargo mat and all-weather floor mats) be used to offset any other (minor) negatives?
I also added a Nokia built-in car phone kit (that works in conjunction with OnStar). Should I remove it before the inspection?
Finally, is it worth it to get the car detailed before the inspection, or are inspectors able to see beyond cosmetic issues? (After all, it will be detailed by the dealer or auction before it's sold...)
Thanks.
