How thoughtful of your dealer. It so easy to gouge up wheels. The car wash at my old haunt used to eat 17" Saab wheels putting big scallops in the rim edges. As I remember they did you real swell the first time around so I'm glad they earned your business.
If the hood is indeed factory paint with a hair in it, I'd settle for the hair instead of the repainted panel. If it got the hair by being repainted once all ready, stuff happens, you've got nothing to lose and it'll probably be fine to paint it again, but overall, better a small flawed area than a repaint, IMO.
