I too had the Satisfied Pro Ceramic Brake pads installed by a local independent mechanic here in town and he was excited to see me bring them in to him to have installed on my 1999 Saab 9 5 se. He knows about the great quality of these pads. However. After about a week of not beeding them in hard( no instruction inclosed in the box as to this method of care that i saw)there is a strange poping or clicking noise whenever i slowly back up or slowly start proceeding forward. I had a local Saab mechanic listen to the noise and he suggested i take them back to the installer here in my neck of the woods and correct that noise. My Saab mechanic did not look at them because of time restaints. He did have time to preach to me about other issues concerning the Idler Pulley and Serpentine belt. I plan on taking the Saab into that local mechanic on Tuesday morning to have him correct that noise. D.J.B. Pasadena 1999 95 se 60,538 miles
