Who is this lousy dealer? Please tell us so we can avoid them. I would never darken their door again.
1) There are many reasons you can have faulty a/c without any codes. A bad compressor is one. Happened to me on my '01.
2) "Break Light Failure" means the lights aren't all working! It might be intermittent, but it's happening and it is not safe. Get it fixed before you are rearended.
3) This is not worth replying to.
Give your service / warrantee business to a dealer who wants it and will work for it.
The other thing you should do is to talk to the owner of the dealership and tell him how his service writer is treating customers and turning away business.
