Unfortunately there's no repair manual for the 9-5. However, all disk brake systems are pretty much the same, so the basics apply. I think Dean somewhere has a how-to sorta thing posted?
Since you're not replacing the rotors, you'll be able to just remove one of the bolts securing the caliper to the mount. This'll let you rotate it up and out of the way so you can get to the pads. Note the routing of the brake line and make sure it's in the same position when you put the caliper back in place. Get a little brake pad anti-squealing stuff and put it on the backs of the pads before you put them in. Not a bad idea to wear a dust mask while you're down there, even if it's not technically toxic brake dust can't be fun to breathe in.
You'll need something to press the caliper open. A decent sized c-clamp will work, if you don't have one just ask the guy at the auto parts store for a disk brake caliper opener thingy. It'll cost $5-8. Before rotating the caliper back into position, use the opener to press the pistons down to provide enough space for the new, fatter pads. Make sure the cap on the brake fluid resevoir is off (with paper towels around it) as this can sometimes push some fluid out the top. Once the caliper is pushed open, just take out the opener, rotate the caliper back into position, put everything back together, and voila. Pump the pedal a few times before you drive off to get everything set.
