Well, I just ordered a Cadillac SRX AWD V8 (I get a GM discount). I really wanted to stay with saab when my Aer lease is up in January. But, There is NOTHING that thrills me in the Saab showroom. I really want a performance SUV. The Caddy drives great with excellent power. The styling is growing on me. I really like the Porche and VW but with my discount and the Caddy offers better acceleration (except the turbo $90,000 Porsche version), But, I'm not going to wait until April for a Trailblazer/Envoy/Rainer/Bravada/Isuzu Ascender with a Saab badge (even with the center console ignition). I could get another 9-5 Aero...but now the styling looks dated (3 years is a long time). Too bad. GM is ruining SAAB. It has turned into just a replacement for Olds. Hopefully, the new 9-5 sketches that have been circulating comes true in the next couple of years. In fact, I may come back if the car is competetive with BMW and Audi. Cadillac is growing on me. The new STS is sharp. The CTS-V is turning some heads as well. One of the main reasons that I chose SAAB was that there wasn't many out there. I like to be differn't. Saab was an extension of that. Now everybody has a Saab (envoy/trailblazer owners, Subaru Owners). I still have 4 months left to enjoy my Aero.
