I just took my 2002 9-5 in for 15k oil change. i thought it was covered by saabs program. but i guess not. Insteed I got a bill for $182.50 which covered the oil change and having the air filter and cabin filter replaced. I am in anchorage alaska and our old saab dealership (only one in town) was just purchased by the lithia Chevy dealership. The are raising all the prices on all the saab stuff 100% for the same services as the old dealership. And they didnt inform me that the service wasnt going to be covered by saab. I found out when they asked me to pay $182 for an oil change. I am in a jam because this is the only saab dealership in alaska. So i am stuck in the service line with all the Chevy truck guys trying to get my saab serviced. wish we had a better dealership. What are others paying for simialar services and any other Lithia owned Saab dealers (its a major corporate owned dealership chain on the west coast). Thanks
