Fuel needle problem

Last week I put a bottle of techron concentrate into the gas tank. Couple days later, when I was driving the car on freeway the fuel needle dropped to the bottom of the gauge and the refuel warning light came on. However, I didn't feel anything strange about the car. The needle went back to what it should be later. Sometimes, it happened right after I started the car.
This morning, the needle dropped to the bottom couple times or stayed in the middle of the gauge (but I had a full tank of gas again !). Then everything was back to normal. I brought the car to the dealer. Of course, they "couldn't duplicate the problem".
Any idea ? Maybe I shouldn't put any techron concentrate ? Thanks.
