Too many choices..... Posted by Mike Lynch [Email] ![]() ![]() In Reply to: So if the buy out is $16,000 and the CPO is $1200......, Kerry, Sat, 11 Sep 2004 14:05:02 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Can you negotiate the buyout? The answer is sometimes, sometimes not. Sometimes Saab is flexible, sometimes the dealer has some flexibility, sometimes nobody will give an inch. It can't hurt to try.
As a Saab sales consultant I would encourage you to get a new one, but only you can decide. Purchase payments on your old Saab will be very comparable to lease payments on a new one, particularly if you finance the used one for 36 months.
Do you wanna' make the payments on the last half of the car or the first half of the car? No right answer, but that statement is designed to push you towards the new car. Do you normally keep your cars a long time or get new ones every so often, or would you like to change that pattern?
