A quart in 4k is well within acceptable spec. Report it to the dealer, they may do the PCV mod and generally check things out, but as long as it's not spewing all over or blowing blue then you're fine. You oughta be checking more often anyways.... I do it before any highway trip or every couple of weeks if I'm not heading to the highway.
Fortunately, mine uses about 1/2 qt. in 10k km (about 6000 miles) which is about as long as I want to wait between oil changes anyways.
