Congrats on the new vehicle, the 9-5 is one awesome car, especially the Aero.
I have a 2000 9-5 Aero that I purchased a little more than a year ago and as far as I know, the DIC was not replaced on the car by the previous owner. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but I'm afraid (or being realistic) that faith will eventually catch up. ;-)
As for the SID, I started loosing rows of pixels a couple of days after my warrantee expired (back in june), but I don't really care about it for now, as long as the car runs fine. I've had 0 reliability issues with this car so far. And I still enjoy driving it every day.
