Awesome service experience today (long)

I had a great service experience today. I've recently moved to the Seattle area, but several years ago was up for the weekend and ended up buying my '95 900s from Carter Saab in Ballard. Since moving up here our '01 9-5 2.3lpt has been smoking heavily on start-up. I called Carter and made an appointment for that, plus clunking front suspension and an odd groaning sound after turning off the car.
I booked the car in to Carter. The service writer identified each of those problems as known 9-5 issues (my dealer in OR, where I bought the car new never would do that). They also had all of the parts in stock to fix those problems (again, my previous dealer always had to order parts). In addition, they put me in a 9-3 sportsedan (linear, 5MT) which was more fun to drive than my 9-5 is! The turbocharger was replaced (with courtesy oil change), an AC valve was replaced, and the subframe was re-torqued. All of this was completed today, the same day I took the car in. All of it was covered by the warranty, without hassle. The folks at Carter Saab really took care of me. I'd highly recommend them.
