Hand brake clunk - cleaning/greasing did not help

My newly purchased 01' Aero Wagon is doing the hand brake clunk if I apply it when moving forward. I tried cleaning the mechanisms and greasing all potentially sticking contact points according to Dean's instructions, but I still have the clunks. Exactly where do these noises originate?
