to them, call Saab Customer Service and ask for the exact bulletin number.
This is not a recall but a service campaign. Did you buy/lease the car since new ? If so, then you should have received mail to that effect or should have been done during one of the service appointments.
It happened to my wife's Aero even after they put the clips in. It turned out that whoever put the metal clip in broke the plastic tab that the metal clip supposed to reinforce. The person then used some silly puddy on it and hoping the thing would hold. Obviously the thing fell out but luckily it was at low speed so no harm was done. The dealer put in a new turn signal with the metal clip when I took car in for an oil change.
The dealer should repair the damage done by the flopping turn signal assembly.
