I just bought Pirreli P Zero Nero AS tires in the stockk 225/45/17 size for my areo and thay are awesome, responsive and quiet. I live in the philly area and don't have to drive in too much snow but I do venture to VT and NY for skiing during the winter. Perrsonally I do not like snow tires as performance is lost, they are loud and too soft. I do agree with one of the other guys that posted, the 235/45/17 makes the car look so much better although I do rub the fender front and back daily. My rear fender actually got a small dent in it from a huge dip in the road. I also think my speedo was off by 2-3mph at 60-80mph.
Good luck
