Disappearing Coolant/on going problem

About a month ago the "fill coolant" warning light started coming on, and indeed the coolant level was low when that warning came on. I would then refill the coolant level. Then the water pump went. That was replaced... but the "refill coolant" light keeps coming on and the coolant level is low. Then the tech replaced some seals (o-rings). This still did not help. I've had the car back to the service center about 5 times.... and that light still comes on.... and every time it does, indeed the coolant level is low. The coolant is disappearing somewhere and the service center is just not able to determine the cause. Does anyone have any suggestions that the service center might be overlooking?
year 2000, wagon, 9-5, 70,000miles, manual trans, 4 cyl.
thanks.
