No, it's nothing really visible that easily identify the 60K being done.
And if the dealers doesn't have it in the computer system (or unwilling to tell) it might be difficult to find out (or it probably haven't been done).
It would take a mechanic (honest one) some exploration to determine if it was done properly.
The best indication would be to check the sparkplugs, but even those can be hard to gauge if they are the newer NGK PFR6H-10. They don't wear as quickly as the older BCPR6ES plugs.
Fuel filter should have been replaced at 60K but even that one can be difficult to see if done after 6000 miles of driving.
So even after a thorough check of different parts it might still be up in the air if done or not.
