Brake Job Needed and Lease Up in 5 Weeks

At my last oil change for my 2001 9-5 Aero with < 38k miles, I was told I needed new front brakes (Pads and Rotors) and quoted around $650 for this job. Well, in 5 weeks I turn in the car as the lease is up. I am definitely planning to re-up with a new 2004 9-5 Aero (currently negotiating) and have a problem dropping $650 for this job only to turn the car back in after 4 weeks. What are my options here? I read a few posts that indicated that maybe saab would cover this? Despite the fact that the Aero is my #1 choice, in the event that they cannot do anything for me, I'm fairly certain I will take my money elsewhere and buy a bmw, audi, or lexus.
