Yes, you got the right washers, installing a new filter requires two of each size.
I use a bent paper clip to disengage the locking tang on the long wire tie which secures the stone shield. This way you can re-use it.
Place an oil change pan under the filter to catch the few ounces of gas which will escape. Actually very few, I have found no need to remove the power from the fuel pump when doing this job.
You will need two wrenches for each end of the filter, one to hold the hexagonal boss on the filter can and the other for the bolt. The bolts are hollow and cross-drilled so the fuel actually travels inside the bolts!
Disconnect one end of filter from fuel line, then the other, then remove the filter from the mounting strap. Re-install in reverse order being careful to not nick up the rubber sealing surfaces on the new washers.
Total job time - maybe 30 minutes.
A good way to see if your Dealer ever replaced this filter at the 30,000 mile checkup is to look for a piece of masking/duct tape on side of filter can. This tape is used as a sub-assembly step at the Factory to hold the mounting strap onto the filter for ease of installation on the assembly line. If tape is there, your filter is original! My Dealer never changed it at the 30,000 mile service step.
