I have been considering one of these. It is a bargain compared to Packline's own pricing. Was $300 the normal price or did you bargain on this ($349 in the Saab catalog)? Any good/bad you have noticed with the box? How is the fit of this box on the Saab bars? Does it take the full width of the bar? Any issues with opening the rear door? Did you have to mount the box more forward to open the door or is the box short enough not to interfere? What kind of mpg have you gotten with this box? I realize you may not have used it much since you’ve only had the car a few weeks. Maybe keep us posted in a little while.

I'm fairly sure the auto lock on the rear door can be disabled by the dealer with a tech II. Anyone had this done? The link lists some trunk options, but these may not apply to the SW.
