I took my car to Patrick Saab several time. Most of the time they were ok. They tried their best to identify and fix the problems. Everytime they said they washed the car (they even put down the name of the person washed the car) but they didn't. I think they increased the rates after the renovation. I don't reaaly like a Saab dealership "mixed" with other GM dealership (they sell and service Caddy in the same location). Their waiting area is kind of boring.
I had never taken my car to the Morton Grove location of SaabExchange but I took my car to the Lake Bluff (the address is Lake Bluff, not Lake Forest. They used to be in Highland Park) for 3 years. I am ok with their service. Their waiting area is most "entertaining" (more car magzines).
I got my 9-5 at the Downers Grove Gartner Saab (don't go to the Auroa location). I am satisfied with their service too. They will try their best to identify and fix the problems too. They seems to be easier to deal with than the SaabExchange people and more knowledgeable than the people in Patrick Saab. They have a new building too.
SaabExchange (Lake Bluff) and Gartner Saab (Downers Grove) are Saab-only dealerships and I prefer their services.
