Assuming the car is on level ground and loaded equally, The camber (angle of the wheel in rear view) should be about equal left to right. If one wheel appears to have much more camber than the other I would advise you to take the car in for an alignment.
As far as your blinker goes one of your bulbs is most likely the culprit. turn you 4 way flashers on and find and replace the bad bulb. My 2000 base had a shorted bulb in the rear lense when I picked it up.
