Do a search for "ecode" on this board, and you will get a fair amount of information.
All you have to do with the lights is switch the lenses, and you have "ecode" lighting, which is MUCH better than what you have.
When I had the H7 bulbs burn out, I moved the high beam bulb to the low beam, and put in 65w silverstars Daniel Stern sells. They make a big improvement; I'm not sure if 100w would add to glare or overtax wiring.
You might give him a call. One upgrade you won't regret, especially if you do a lot of night driving.
