Of course, check your spark plug gap - never trust the gap out of the box. And make sure they are properly torqued. And I assume that you put the little screw-on caps on each of the spark plugs - the top of the plugs weren't just the screw-thread.
My guess is that it's a DI to spark plugs spring problem. In the rubber boot of the DI, there is a spring that connects the coil to the spark plug - if you flip the DI over and look into the boot, you'll see the end of the spring. If this doesn't seat well, it won't make good contact with the spark plug. It's fairly fool-proof to put the DI on, but sometimes it won't make good contact - you'll often see a little burn mark on the top of the plug where part of the spark has been jumping. This can kill the DI.
I'd pull the DI, and check plug gaps. Look for burn marks on the plugs. Of course, make sure they are the correct plug, per the manual - No Substitutions! Not even if the autoparts guy swears up and down that the BelchFire A380 is an exact match for the NGKs. Make sure the springs are in good shape.
