IIRC the time dilation effects are extremely small at "ordinary" (non-relativistic) speeds. It's been several years, but I recall reading an article claiming the total time slowdown experienced by the Apollo astronauts travelling at speeds approaching 25,000 mph was measurable, and amounted to something like 0.0001 seconds.
9-5 Aero's are fast, relative to other cars, but not relative to the speed of light!
