remove caliper and rotor
looks like rear shock at bottom needs to be undone, WIS not clear
remove wheel sensor electrical connector
use 15mm socket, with swivel and 3/8" drive, sounds tricky
replace suggests new nuts, many would use loctite blue
clean contact face first to remove rust etc, do not grease, this mechanical joint needs friction of bare metal
torque to 40 ft-lb + 30 degrees, but note that often the use of a T wrench is not possible in confined spaces
looks like the key is the right 15m socket setup
remember that the rotor index screw can be a show stopper, search drs<underscore>install for my brake pad repacement posts to get more info on index screw issues and rusted disk to hub issues, search on NG900BB for more of the same, but you do not have that old two piston rear caliper on your 00 Aero.
