The EBC pads are organic rich and will transfer some organic compounds to the rotor. That much is normal. But a sudden hard short braking event can create an uneven transfer that makes the rotor feel like it is warped (it is not). See the link.
When that uneven transfer occurs, repeated hard braking can burn that off and restore normal operation. If that is not done and the problem is ignored, then the uneven braking could create uneven heating and then a true warped rotor might occur. So all of that is really too much for many owners to understand. "Not for everyone"
