The signal level is too high to be probable. So system pretends that the air temp is 40C. O2 sensor adaption will take care of most mixture issues, but throttle transients will not be handled as best as they could be.
Should be ok to drive, but might be a good idea to take it easy.
There is a connector or wire problem, or the sensor has gone bad. You could find the connector and inspect/reseat. I think that it is just the harness connector right at the sensor. Otherwise, if the wires were shorted together, you would get the same result.
One wire is +5 VDC via a 2.74 ohm resistor in the ECU, other wire is ground inside the ECU via J17. A-D converter measures volts across that resistor and feeds that data for processing. If that resistor failed as an open circuit, the voltage would also be too low, not this fault code.
At least you have a simple sensor. Later production has a combined intake air temp sensor and intake pressure sensor. That would cost more!
