Really sounds like fouled plugs. Could be wrong plugs installed. Fouled plugs will track to ground through the deposits at higher manifold pressures, exactly as you describe. The stuttering is misfiring and that will make the fouling rapidly worse. Fouled injectors with bogus spray patterns can contribute to the mess.
Pull the plugs, yourself, and read them. Regap or replace. NGK BPCR6ES11's work very well and are inexpensive. Note and cylinder to cylinder differences in the appearance of the plugs. Note any oilyness. Do this after a run, not after backing out of the garage and idling or a short grocery run as this will show darker and will can be misleading.
If you do lots of short trips that can foul plugs that would otherwise be ok. And rarely damage or crack in plug ceramics can be found.
Misfiring should create a CEL or at least there would be info to read in the ECU. Problem could also be related to a bad DI and a bad DI could create plug fouling.
Clean the injectors - Techron Concentrate
(This really does not sound like a TB fouling issue, as TB deposits have little or no effect once the throttle is opened up.)
If cleaning the injectors and doing plugs does not solve the problem, and if you have any coolant losses or HG seam leaks, then consider that the head bolts might need to be atttended to.
