Just had my 01 SE in for service. Has 55k miles on it so I needed an oil change. One of the things I commented on was a whining noise coming when I would turn the wheel and accelerate. It sounded like some type of belt noise to me.

Anyway, they wound up doing a T-7 software update to (hopefully) cure a slow start issue I've been experiencing (minor annoyance). They also told me my battery was a little low (I'll replace that myself, any suggestions?) and told me my serpantine belt/pulley were worn and needed replacing. They also told me this is not covered under the CPO warranty, which I thought was odd. Do you know if this is true?

They also replaced some bulbs which were blown and told me they weren't under warranty either. So what, exactly, does my CPO warranty cover then? I'm a bit confused as I was told it is an identical warranty to a new Saab just extended to 6/100,000. I can't imagine they'd make me pay for these things but what do I know?

Just wanted to get your thoughts on this.
