Saab dealer damaged my 9-5

I took my '02 9-5 Linear (leased from Saab)yesterday to Schumacher Saab in West Palm Beach, FL for my 20K service. When they were done working on the car in the shop one of their workers backed up my car into a metal beam and damaged my rear left fender and quarter panel. The dealer said that they will pay for the damage (how kind of them) but only if i take the car to their body shop.
They then took my car to their body shop to get an estimate.
They said it would be around $600 (sounds low since there is moderate damage to the left quarter panel). Since they will pay for the repair i don't care what it will cost but they told me that they can't get me an appt. before Jan 17th and that they will need the car for 4 days. I asked them to at least get me a saab loaner for the 4 days and they said that they couldn't guarantee that.
I'm extremely upset about this incident because i take meticulous care of my Saab and was thinking of buying it when my lease is up in 4 mos.
I feel like i got totally screwed by this dealer.
Should i call Saab and inform them of what this dealer is doing?
How should i proceed?
Please advise.
