Yeah that's a good question, doing a retorque after a retorque after????
Since I feel that the bolts installed from factory are not of the best steel quality I don't think I would like to do a second retorque of them if I knew they had been tighten before.
I have solved the problem by usng new "old style" bolts now when I do the gasket retorque.
I cannot advice what other people want to do since everyone have their own opinion what's good or not.
If all 10 bolts on your car comes loose with about 50-60 Nm torque applied, I'm pretty sure the bolts hasn't been torqued before. It is still up to you if you want to reuse them or not.
